Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms carefully. By using MadeInPK, you agree to the rules that keep every trade safe and verified.

By accessing or using MadeInPK (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and represent a legitimate business to use the Service.

2. Account & Verification

You agree to provide accurate information and complete CNIC/business verification. You are responsible for keeping your account secure. Providing false verification data may result in a permanent ban.

3. Listings & Conduct

  • Listings must be accurate, legal, and for genuine products.
  • Prohibited: fake listings, illegal goods, fraud, harassment, and sharing contact details to move deals off-platform.
  • Our smart chat may block phone numbers and external links to protect users.

4. Payments

Payments are processed via IBAN to a designated account. Buyers upload proof; orders are released after verification. MadeInPK charges a registration fee and a per-transaction commission as described on our Pricing page.

5. Inspection Service

The optional inspection service is provided on a best-effort basis. MadeInPK is not liable for the final quality decision, which remains with the buyer.

6. Fees

Registration fee (Rs. 5,000/year) and a 1–3% commission per completed transaction apply. Fees are non-refundable except as stated in our Refund Policy.

7. Disclaimer & Liability

MadeInPK is a platform that connects buyers and sellers. We verify identities but are not a party to transactions and are not liable for the quality, delivery, or legality of goods traded between users.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
