  • Verification data: CNIC images (front/back), live selfies, verification video, NTN details, and business photos — collected solely to verify your identity and business.
  • Listings & transaction data: product details, prices, orders, and payment proof images (IBAN transfers).
  • Communications: in-app chat messages (monitored for safety and anti-scam enforcement).
  • Device & usage data: device type, app version, and usage analytics.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To verify your identity and business and maintain platform trust.
  • To enable listings, orders, payments, and chat between users.
  • To detect fraud, block off-platform deal attempts, and enforce our policies.
  • To send service notifications (e.g., order updates, verification status).
  • To improve and secure the Service.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with:

  • Service providers (e.g., cloud storage, push-notification and email providers) strictly to operate the Service.
  • Other users, limited to the public profile and listing information you choose to display.
  • Authorities, where required by law.

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard measures. Sensitive verification documents (CNIC, selfies) are used only for verification and are protected with restricted access.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data while your account is active and as required for legal, fraud-prevention, and dispute-resolution purposes.

6. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us at support@madeinpk.com. Deleting your account removes your profile, subject to legal retention requirements.

7. Children's Privacy

The Service is intended for businesses and users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
